Quality Inspections and Testing
Emerald Freight Express are certified for Good Distribution Practice (GDP) by Life Sciences Ireland/Irish Exporters Association. On request we can provide our clients with a qualified inspection and testing service.
This ensures that our customer service agents are properly trained to conduct quality inspections and testing to meet defined quality standards on various products.
We can also undertake rework/kitting and reconfiguration of product to specification, including re-label/bar-coding product and shrink wrap/blister pack, as may be required.
Our service also includes inspection of Cargo on arrival at the Emerald facility and an outgoing audit pre departure from our Terminal. Our staff pay close attention to the quality of packaging and labelling to ensure that your goods are maintained in a pristine condition prior to delivery/dispatch.
If and when a more extensive quality inspection and testing service is required, we can engage an outside agency such as SPS to meet the specific technical standards as required
