Our History
Emerald Freight Express was established in 1981 and has grown to be Ireland’s premier independent Freight Forwarder, operating a full range of multi modal transportation and 3PL Services.
2011 marks our 30th year in business and our success is achieved with a special focus on customer care and a traditional “Hands On” style of management, which continues to meet our customers service demands on a daily basis.
Our Customer Service Team at Emerald are inspired and passionate to serve our clients and overseas Agents. 
We aspire to achieve "best in class" status with our customers and overseas agents. We pride ourselves on Irish friendship and a faithful tradition to deliver a quality service around the clock. In truth, its our people and our passion to make things happen that sets up apart form our competitiors, and we never lose sight of this reality.
Emerald Freight Express continues to invest in our IT capability to ensure that we’re at the cutting edge of new technology in order to advance the management of our operating systems and to enhance the quality of service to our customers and overseas Agents.
We can meet any challenge to attain the benchmark and KPI's as dictated by our clients,this is assured by a Service Level Agreement(SLA) and a Quarterly Business Review(QBR) at our clients discretion.
