Online Freight Shipping System
EMFREX GLOBAL is the proprietary e-commerce Shipping System of Emerald Freight Express. It's been designed to facilitate our Customers with a global solution for the distribution of packages in a streamlined and integrated fashion.
EMFREX GLOBAL is a Web Based On-Line Application which offers a total door to door solution. Once we have agreed on a freight rate and Terms of Credit we can facilitate new customers and we've created an FAQ and an demo boutique which you are welcome to view and explore as follows.
We'll issue you with a user name and PIN number. thereafter you can login and start shipping with us by going to www.emfrex.com. When you’ve logged on you are given the option to create a new shipment/manifest,these are the Online Service options:
- USA Regular Service
- USA Premium Service
- USA Ocean Service
- EU Regular Service
- Rest of World
The shipping input screen is simple and easy to use - you just enter the relevant information for the shipment and submit. This input screen has useful features such as a pop up calendar for choosing dates and a currency converter for converting EURO to US Dollars.
The data you input is then checked for errors – if there are any errors you’ll prompted to correct them. If all the information is correct it is entered into our database.
PRINT LABEL
Once the shipment has been entered you are given the option to print a label. The label has your customers information and the Bar-coded Tracking Number which is automatically generated by the system.
The label is an Adobe PDF document which you can print off as a peel and stick label. Click here to see a sample label. (You will need adobe acrobat – this is free to download at http://www.adobe.com/acrobat) The label measures 4 × 5 inches.
Track and trace/proof of delivery
EMFREX has a hyperlink to the UPS website and by simply clicking on the tracking number which appears on the EMFREX manifest, you can have instant access to track and trace your shipments including full proof of delivery details at your fingertips.
SHIP NOTIFY
You can send shipping notifications and greeting messages to your customer automatically.
EMFREX gives you the option to search for shipments under different criteria such as Name, Date, Sales Order Number, Address, Waybill number etc.
On completion of the EMFREX shipping manifest we systematically receive an e-mail from you notifying us that you require a collection and the pickup is automatically arranged on your behalf.
If you have generated sales from your website you can automatically import all the appropriate data from your system to EMFREX so as to circumvent any need for double data entry.
You can also export data from Emfrex in .csv format so you can integrate the data with your own back office.
EMFREX captures and stores historical data and this circumvents the need for double data entry on repeat shipments.
